    I'm a good starter but burn out fast so hoping can stay motivated. Goal this week - exercise every day, Sunday's off. Recently found youtube Zumba classes and loving that, the fun way to exercise.

    It's a good start so far. Starting to get into the routine again. I'm unable to exercise at the moment due to injury but trying to grasp the whole portion control thing is helping out.

    Down 2.6 lbs Yay! Seems to be a trend so far. Hopefully it will keep going this way :)

    4/27/16. 194.8. Down 1.4 lbs

    5/4/16 192 Down 2.8 lbs. So far so good! I'm just worried a bit about Mothers Day dinner this weekend.
    5/11/16 190.4 Down 1.6 lbs. I had a few setbacks this week so I'm still pretty happy.
    5/18/16 191 lbs. Up .6 lbs. it's better than I thought since I was away for the weekend.

    No progress this week. Had a weekend away, which makes it a lot harder to control what I eat. Additionally had some post finals celebration outings. Going on vacation on Saturday for a week with family and will hopefully be able to keep working out and eating healthy while gone.

    Late joiner but looks good - I have lurked for literally years and now need to jump in and engage! 20 pounds is too much but 10 would be glorious. Actually I will aim to be back in the 170s! So 13 pound goal!

    I'm thinking losing 20 pounds by 4th of July is definitely an attainable goal! Some of us just finished the 20 pounds by Easter Challenge (congrats if you made your goal!) and maybe fell a little short. Don't give up! Join this challenge!
