Summer is literally right around the corner and I don't know about anyone else but I definitely missed the New Year's resolution train. I'm looking for people that want to join me in weigh-ins every week and show off their hard work. Let us know what's working for you, what's not working and keep each other going!
Weigh-ins don't have to be only on Mondays but should be done every week. Let us know what kind of exercises you're doing and any tips/trick or suggestions you've got. Come join me on this weight loss adventure! Good luck all!

    Its great to have all of you here! kolias14, I definitely agree; accountability is definitely one of my big pit falls. Everybody feel free to share their pics off too. A little hard work can go a long way!

    I would like to join but I can only weigh in at the end of the month. That is when I am allowed to weigh so I don't get anxious about my weight.

    I'm in also. Definitely need the accountability, even though I'm posting some goals in other threads. Just know I am weighing in on Fridays right now - too frustrating on Mondays with all the temptations on weekends. Hope that is okay. I'm also taping on Fridays, since my scale often has a mind of its own. ;)

    okay, I felt like I needed a head start to get into this habit, I need to be accountable. 5'7", 46 years old. I'm going to Hawaii in Oct. for my parents' 50th anniv and I want to be able to celebrate with them and enjoy everything...........to be healthy!

    I would like to join as well. I am excited to be dropping the weight but honestly more excited about feeling better and being more active. I'm already learning that accountability is key for me!

    I'm 4'11ish, (43yrs) I have been off my workout regime. I was ill for a little while now that it's finally warm here in Michigan I've been doing more outside work/ and golfing that has thrown a wrench in my routine. Any ideas will be helpful on how to fit everything in.
