Thought I had lost weight..

Thought I had lost weight, however I stepped on the scales today and I haven't.. Starting to lose motivation
any suggestions? I've been sticking to 1200 cals a day and exercising roughly 3 times a week

Look beyond the scale as well.1 -
DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF FOR AT LEAST A MONTH. I pledged not to because it all starts with your mind. You have to get that right first before you get your body right.1
