Hello My nickname is BB. I had my annual checkup with my primary physician on Friday. I must lose weight. I am now a diabetic and at my heaviest weight ever. At 58 years old I must make a lifestyle change. Today I did yardwork for 7 hours and it was a great workout. Raking, cutting weeds down, mulching. Afterwards I was really focused on my lunch and dinner. I did good.
