I am 4'10 and 24 yrs old needing to lose 70 pounds. I have lost 24.5 pounds so far. I been drinking those protein shakes to help me lose weight and it has been helping a lot. Would like to have friends as motivation and support.

Hi there. I just turned 35....and I would like to lose 100 pounds. I dunno if it's ideal or not...I was on MFP religiously for a while & lost 60 pounds then just stopped. Would also like to add friends for motivation and support. I've lost mine0
