    Best of luck Jess! My advice to you is that if you log every meal, weigh it or close to calculate the weight, adjust your macronutrients, proteins, fats and carbs to suits your goals then you will be well on your way to life changing results. Make sure you are doing cardio for at least 3 to 4 times a week!
