Hi there , i have been hiking every day for about 3-4 miles and eating under 1200 calories , for 14 days already and no change . Don't know what to do ? Ready to give up

How are you measuring your calories? Can you open your diary, please? Are you logging your food?
14 days is little time.. Have you lost any weight at all?
What are your stats (age, gender, current weight, height, goal weight)?

I'm 30 years old , female ,current weight is 155.6 . Height 5'5 goal weight is 135 or less0

So because you didn't lose anything in 14 days then throw in the towel? You need to have a better mindset than that. First off unless you are very short or elderly you need more than 1200 calories a day especially if you are exercising. Secondly are you sure you are logging everything? you need to weigh what you eat and log everything correctly (no homemade or generic entries). After 4 weeks of doing this consistently and no loss then you can repost about how you are not losing, but I doubt that will happen.2

Yes, I can see it now.
It looks like you're using generic entries for almost everything. The issue with that is that you can't know if your recipe matches the recipe of the person who created the entry.
"Coffee with creamer - 8 ounces" -- how do you know how much creamer you use for 8 ounces of coffee versus the person who created the entry. 1.5 cups of "Spaghetti with meat sauce" -- how do you know the calorie content of the meat, how much pasta was used as opposed to meat and sauce, etc? These generic and homemade entries make your logging much less effective and result in calorie counts that are more like guesses than anything else.
If you're making your own omelettes and spaghetti, I recommend using the recipe builder to reflect what you're actually eating. Something like spaghetti with meat sauce can vary by hundreds of calories depending how it is made.7 -

(1) eat more vegetables
(2) if you eat an average closer to 1200 every single day, you will have less urges to binge on things every 4-5 days
(3) do you weigh your food? I see things like "1 medium apple" and "1 chicken leg". If you don't weight foods, you won't know how many calories total you're getting. Could be 100, could be 150. You won't know if you don't weigh on a digital kitchen scale2 -

They're homemade entries created by someone else though -- you have no way of knowing if your recipes match theirs. If you are cooking your own food, avoid the "homemade" entries in the database and use the Recipe Builder to create ones that match your recipes.2 -
You need to start weighing all solid and semi solid food with a food scale in grams. I see a lot of estimates such as 1 egg omelette 1egg... eggs vary in weight and calories. What about oils/fats used to cook the omelette? Also, you're using a lot of generic entries such as 'brown bread, 1 slice'... many brands have different nutrition and calories. The spaghetti with ground beef... you need to add the recipe into the recipe builder, not choose generic entries that won't even come close to the recipe you used. 1 pancake isn't accurate. You need to add individual ingredients to the recipe builder...
Stop using cups and spoons to measure your food. Use cups only for liquid. Weigh all your food. All of it. Every last bite and lick. Log all that you eat and use the proper weights (not measurements) and match the packaging information with the database entries. If you cannot find the database entries that you're after, then make one.
Before giving up, clean up your logging and weigh all your food for at least a month. Stop guessing the calories. Make the decision to do this properly before giving up so easy. It wasn't easy for us.
And, eat 1200 calories and more. Starving is not a part of weight loss. Eating less calories than you need to maintain your current weight is weight loss.
Weighing food and using proper entries will lead to weight loss. Whenever I get lazy and don't weigh food that I eat, or don't use the recipe builder for any food that I make, I don't lose weight, either.
If you're not weighing your food, you're eating way more calories than you think.2 -

You BMI is just barely into the overweight category. You are already relatively lean. To lose another 20 lbs, a food scale will be a must, as your required deficit will be small. You don't have much room for error, accuracy is key.1

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to agree with all the answers already posted: when you don't have a lot of lose you need to be very conscious of your calorie counts. It looks like you have already done a fabulous job of logging everything that enters your mouth: now just make sure that the AMOUNT you log is accurate. So for spaghetti with meat sauce...instead of finding an entry that says that: you will need to weigh it out: 64g dried spaghetti pasta, 107 g ground beef, 92 g Ragu spaghetti sauce. I use the bar code on my phone A LOT and then convert it...so if 1 serving of Ragu spaghetti sauce is 87g...then I would swipe the bar code and it would be 1.06 serving (92/87)...Just don't give up: you can definitely do this!!2

If you have so little weight to lose, choosing to lose 2+lbs per week is far too aggressive. Choose .5-1lb per week instead.0

I eyeball all my foods and use generic entries. I don't weigh myself on a scale.

As previously stated unless you made the entry it doesn't matter. You don't know what ingredients went into the homemade recipe so you can't use it. Also it looks like you aren't weighing and only "eyeballing" so this will lead to inaccuracies. You also stated you are eating 1200 calories, but the only day I see you have eaten this much is on a day you went over. Most of your entries are under 1200 so again you aren't logging everything.0 -

And listen to the suggestions here. All of them. We've all be successful or are in progress and are successful so far.
Weigh your food. All of it. If you cook your own meals, use the recipe builder by weighing and listing all the ingredients in your dish and then logging it that way. Stop using 'cups' to measure your food- it's not accurate at all. Weigh weigh weigh.1
