Any ideas for healthy and sweet Snacks?

I love sweets. I am 27 pounds from my goal and I am looking for some delicious healthy low-calorie snacks hopefully organic not loaded with additives, artificial colors and flavors. Love MFP ! Love counting calories. No forbidden foods.

Fresh berries and watermelon, grilled peaches or pineapple. Good luck! You'll be at your goal in no time!

Make some low fat granola bars. Or look up recipes for baked oatmeal.

Frozen grapes are good. Or you could flavour your own popcorn?

Have you tried Nakd bars, they only have 3 ingredients, usually cashews & dates and are raw.

There are new light and fit Greek yogurts that have granola and treats in the topping...it tastes just like dessert and only 130 calories and 11g of protein. :)

Lara bars - you can get them in small half bar sizes, fruit with nut butter, fruit with dark chocolate, smoothies, smaller servings of regular desserts..

Ah, I just had 1/2 cup of yogurt with a scoop of whey and diced fresh mango. Yum.

Kashi bars aren't half bad, they are reasonably healthy and 140 calories.

    Fruit, of course.

    Frozen crushed pineapple.

A fruit based popsicle instead of an ice cream

    Homemade kettle corn :)

I have a crazy sweet tooth since giving up wine/beer so here are a few of my tricks:

Sugar free gelatin cup (diced up) mixed with 40-50 grams of berries, topped with 5 grams reddi whip= 50 cals or so.

20 grams of low fat vanilla yogurt mixed with 5 grams of dark cocoa powder and a little sweetener of your choice makes one serving of frosting. I like to dip pretzels and my fingers in it= 30-40 cals

100 grams of frozen pineapple into the food processor, mix until crumbly. Add 5 grams vanilla protein powder, sweetener to taste, and 1Tbsp milk. Mix until whipped (add more milk if necessary). Tastes like pineapple whip from Disney= under 100 cals depending on options

Oh! And chocolate popcorn. Air pop 70 grams popcorn. Melt 1 Tbsp coconut oil, mix with 1 Tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tsp Sugar. Toss mixture with popcorn, add salt to taste. Toss in 15 grams mini chocolate chips. Makes 4 120 calorie servings. I like to make the whole batch and freeze in individual portions

I like a fruit smoothie to curb my sweet tooth. Here is a good one.......
    Orange Dream Creamsicle Smoothie
    Ingredients
    1 navel orange, peeled
    1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half or fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    4 ice cubes
    Instructions
In a blender, combine the orange, half-and-half or yogurt, orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and ice cubes. Process until smooth.
