    I didn't take a picture! But I just finished a holiday smoothie. Wild Friends Gingerbread peanut butter, unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, raw honey, rolled oats and a dash of powder sugar. It was delicious and ver satisfying after my a.m. run!

    I had an alpro dark chocolate soya yoghurt thingy with some apple and cinnamon flavoured peanut butter and dipped a banana into it for breakfast this morning.
