Balanced carbs, protein and fat

Still over my 40% carb goal, but under my daily caloric intake, frustrating!

Why? Weight loss is about calories. But if you have extra calories have some meat.0

As long as you're getting sufficient protein and fat, it doesn't matter if you go over your carbohydrate goal.0 -
No frustration needed here! Carbs are yumilisous. Carbs are not the devil!
If you can't eat meat I just bought these seafood snackers at walmart fully cooked and ready to eat 80 calories and 6 grams of protein. Pretty yummy. or how about a protein shake or something along these lines with min carbs that will help you meet protein goals, yogurt, string cheese, etc..
