I'm 4'11ish, (43yrs) I have been off my workout regime. I was ill for a little while now that it's finally warm here in Michigan I've been doing more outside work/ and golfing that has thrown a wrench in my routine. Any ideas will be helpful on how to fit everything in.

first off, congratulations on you're weight loss so far. Honeatly I can't live without my calender. i use Google calendar and it now has a feature to put in goals that automatically get put in your schedule where it fits best....super helpful. Even if you don't use Google calendar I would still recommend one. Paper works best for some and digital for others. You may have to figure out what works best for you so don't get down if the firat time you try you don't adhere 100%. And, if it's important to you, you'll find a place. Started(again) the end of January. Have done pretty well, so far. Scale has slowed so decided to jump back on MFP. This is going to be great accountability for me. Want to lose 42 lbs by October 21.1
