Healthy meals for ppl who work 60+ hrs/week

Hello all,

Does anyone have know where I can get healthy meal plans that require little to no prep time ?

I'm currently studying for the mcat and working 40+ hrs a week and need good meal ideas that are fast and healthy. I also require a high protein diet.

    At the grocery store, buy things that are easy to put together:
    ~rotisserie chicken, precut fruits and veggies, salad dressing
    ~eggs, bacon, protein bars, rolled oats, yogurt, bread, peanut butter
    ~chopped meat, canned pinto beans, tomato sauce, chili seasoning

    Why not look at getting a slow cooker, you can prepare a weeks worth of healthy meals in one go and then just pull out, heat up, and eat. :)

    allrecipes.com has a HUGE selection, a lot donated by public members, if you can't recipes there they don't exist
