Water weight?

I know you get water weight after your period, but do you gain water weight right before your period as well? If so how many days before do you usually put it on?

I sometimes start gaining a week before my period. The highest weight is usually the first day of my period. It goes away about 3-4 days into my period.

Normally I believe it's 3-5 days before ur period u gain water weight. Usually it's gone when ur period is over.

Personally, yes I do. I know this gets said about everything, but everyone is different. I bloat a lot before and during my period and finally lose the weight as it ends.
