I try to limit my snacks to an apple or some almonds but that said I must snack every week day. I get very shaky and lightheaded if I don't, I call it my calorie crash. As long as you can fit it into your total you're good. I like to run in the morning to make room for them and wine later on.0

pre-pack them in the baby section at wal mart the little round bowl things that have three small divided section in them are perfect! You can pack nuts, cheese, and meat.

Prelog your snacks? Eat less at breakfast/lunch/dinner so that you can snack more (often I might split a 400kcal lunch goal into a 200ish lunch and a 200ish snack a few hours later)? Exercise a bit longer so that you have the calories for extra snacks?0

Plan your meals and decide to eat just those meals.0
