Do you know the nutritional info on these?0

I tried the banana ones this morning and they were really good. I just ate them with my hands because they didn't even need syrup on them. My kids liked them too...so we are definitely going to be eating them more often.0

There is a recipe for chocolate/banana/pb flourless pancakes in the food & nutrition section of the message boards.

Ingredients:
2 large egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 dash salt
3 packets instant oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 servings 1 packet splenda
3 oz skim milk
Directions:
Combine oats with all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix well until a batter forms.
If you use large eggs you may find you needs to add a spoonful more of oatmeal to keep the batter from being too runny.
Spray pan with Pam or lightly oil the pan.
Spoon batter into pan and cook over medium heat just like regular pancakes.
Topping suggestions include, fat free chocolate syrup, fat free whip cream, fresh berries and yogurt.
