Hey everyone I try and eat low sodium and low carb. I find that so many condiments have tons of sodium, Any ideas for low sodium salad dressing or other fav sauces?

I'm not sure on salad dressings, but mustard is an excellent condiment as it is low in sodium and does not have many calories.0

Emeril's Balsamic Vinaigrette is wonderful - and I can find it at most grocery stores. It has 30 calories and 85mg of sodium per serving. The other option is to make your own dressing - you control the amout of salt that goes in it.0
