I've maintained a 30pound loss for 4 years. Now I am back for my next 30plus. Pic on the right is January 2011 and the pic on the left is me last week

80 lb difference. My 20th birthday (2012) vs my 24th birthday (2016). 20 more lbs to lose to meet my goal weight!

Okay, I'll play. I'm back on MyFitnessPal. Need to lose about 15 lbs. Here's what I accomplished the last time I used MFP. I went from 230 lbs to 200 lbs.
