Started most recently on MFP November 2015 at 271 pounds. I've been counting calories and exercising a lot more regularly, and I've now surpassed my 40 pound mark! I've gone from Obese Class 2 (very briefly class 3) to Class 1, I'm now under 230 which I haven been in about 4 years, and back into "regular" clothing sizes!
Age: 22
Height: 5'9"
Starting: 271.4 (though the pictures are from around 260)
Current: 229.3
Goal: 169

Great job! Such a difference already. Wow regular sizes at 229. I'm still about 20 at that weight or was in the past.
But was mostly wearing really lose 24s because that is what I had last time I was down there in 2009. I will get there and past all the way to healthy 160 this time. Tired of health problems creeping up.

Congratulations on a job well done so far!!! also, on the grad school start up!!! Remember that, as an incentive, you are going to want to look your absolute best when you graduate, for job interviews! You also THINK more clearly, and SLEEP better when you eat healthy, instead of the junk food, so the better you eat, and the more you exercise, the better you will do in school! "Junk makes you feel like junk"... might want to put that up on your frig or over your study desk.... school will be stressful, but the healthier you eat, and the more you exercise, the better you will be able to handle that stress, so keep on keeping up with the GOOD life! You have shown yourself you can DO THIS !!! <3<3<3 Congrats again!
