Hi all!
4 months ago I decided that I want to change my life and get healthier.
So I made a goal to lost 100lbs, as I started at 246lbs and 5'6)

Four months later I am now 51lbs down ! Maaaaan it feels great to be in ONEderland lol

I make this post because I want to encourage anyone who wants to lose weight or work on their physique, to start today! The hardest thing to do is start but trust me it's worth it :)

I have another 49 lbs to lose and would like to wish everyone the best of luck on your journey!
Feel free to add me ! :-)

    Hey thanks!

I would probably advice to limit the amount of sugary drinks and sweets consumed.

And workout/go to the gym 4-5 days a week.

Also, eat meals you normally would but smaller portions and I try to add veggies and salads to every meal.

    I hope that helps

No I don't count calories. Although I do think it's a great idea but I just don't do it lol I eat when I'm hungry as oppose to before when I used to eat whenever I was bored!

Congrats! You must have to work out very intensely to lose that much weight in so little time because I do what you have done and I can't lose that much weight in so little time. I can't work to intensely everyday either! So what gives?

I guess it's because everyone's body loses weight differently. It could also be due to your starting weight. I think I lost 50lbs in 4 months because i started around almost 250lbs

My beginning stats are the same as yours but I've only dropped 20 in 89 days/3 months. I'm good with that though. Congrats on your loss!

Congrats on your loss. So what's a typical day of eating look like for you? What do you do for exercise?

    Hey thanks!

With eating I usually have a salad with a normal meal, and a snack in between lunch and dinner.

As for exercise I use Dumbbells and find workouts online and do them sometimes. And I usually do an hour of cardio 5 days a week!
