A 3.5lb loss per week is far, far too aggressive, especially if you have less than 50lbs to lose. A safe rate for those who have 50lbs or more is 2lbs per week. Aim for .5lbs- 1lb per week, and make sure that you log your food accurately by weighing all solid and semi solid food on a food scale in grams (no cups and spoons. Cups only for liquid) and choosing accurate database entries that reflect food packaging information.

14 lbs in 4 weeks is highly unrealistic. Unless you are 350+ lbs, there isn't going to be a way to do it that it will be healthy. In 4 weeks most people will lose anywhere from 2-8 lbs.
To make sure your losing mostly fat it isn't recommended to lose more than 1% of your body weight per week. This comes from the fact that your body can only use so much of it's fat stores a day. If I remember correctly it's like 30 calories per lb of body fat you carry. If your deficit exceeds this amount, your body will start using it's lean mass as fuel (muscles, organs, etc). Losing lean mass means that while weight will drop your BF% is likely to have little to no change (possibly even increase). So if your wanting your BF% to decrease an extreme deficit isn't the way to go.
Enter your stat's into MFP
Select an activity level that matches your day to day activity
Select a reasonable weight loss goal *
Eat the calorie goal MFP gives you on days you don't workout
Eat the calorie goal MFP gives you PLUS 50% exercise calories on days you do workout (this is to keep your deficit from getting too large.....start with 50% and adjust up or down as needed based on your loss over a 4-6 week period)
*Reasonable weight loss goals:
- No more than 1% of your body weight per week
- 0.5 lbs per week if you have less than 25 lbs to lose
- 1 lb per week if you have 25-50 lbs to lose
- 1.5 lb per week if you have 50-75 lbs to lose
- 2 lbs per week if you have 75+ lbs to lose
I would also recommend using a food scale for all solid foods you eat at home. They are more accurate then measuring cups and require less clean up.
Also to minimize lean body mass loss, make sure to get enough protein (typical recommendation is 0.8 grams per lb body weight) and do some sort of progressive strength training.0 -

Celiac isn't going to be cured by weight loss. Fortunately, the food industry has made a large number of food products tailored to your needs.0

Apart from liposuction, I can't think of a way to lose that kind of weight.0

And as someone mentioned, losing weight doesn't make celiac better or go away. Avoiding the right foods is the way to go to manage it.
Fast weight loss always comes back to bite us in the butt. Definitely do try and apply the advice given and adjust your expectations... a slower weight loss ensures that the weight stays off if you adhere to your daily calorie amount by weighing food and logging correctly. No need to go nuts or starve, trust me. Just eat a calorie deficit *eat less calories than your body needs to maintain its current weight) for a month (weighing food in grams and logging correctly) and you will definitely see some weight loss. Check out the stickies posts at the top of the weight loss section here. Great information.
