How many calories should i eat?

How do i know? I am a fairly thin person (5'1 ; 115#) but was very skinny fat to begin with. A had a lot of belly fat to burn off. I have been doing HIIT 6x/week and use weight machines at the gym 2-3x a week. I have lost 3 pounds this week alone and i actually rather stay at 115#. I eat about 1600-1700 cals per day. My goal is belly fat loss and a toned, defined look.

    The nice thing about the calculators is, you can try adjusting activity levels and see what the impact would be on your weight loss, and set different end goal weights to see what maintenance calorie levels would be for each of them.
