I miss being a gaming nerd! I don't miss the carpal tunnel my poor wrist has had to suffer though from all those late nights and days on end gaming and making sure my clan is on point and doing raids appropriately.. recently started being kind of a marvel / dc geek, everything about those comics intrigues me to no end and the character developments are awesome. I have to say I love marvel more than DC..SORRY!0

I work as a professional nerd. I manipulate fundamental quantum forces and Laws of nature to create the future.0

I collect comics but only image and some dark horse and video game consoles and do some cosplay/rpg. My house is decoarted in a comic book theme and the bathroom is starwars. I got a lot of crap growing up collecting comics so it makes me cringe that being a " nerd" is the in thing now. Like where was this when I was getting picked on every single lol0

Do you go to the symposium? I haven't been yet but plan to go next year. I have only done steam punk for cons once I did a steampunk link.0 -
"Preacher" and "Outcast" premiered recently. Anyone else read the comics? Excited that Outcast is following the comic book story line, and am interested to see the adaptations the creator of Preacher made for television!0

As long as we don't talk (laughing is allowed). We have to act like we are in the library, OH wait, I just remember some of the stuff I used to do in the library growing up!
I just normally stretch out on the thick rug, get the fireplace going, brew up a pot of tea or cider (sometimes add a little high octane stuff to it), pull down one of my hardcover Dune books and immerse myself into it.
