I don't know if you can tell a difference but this is my before pic and after pic. My before pic I think I had actually lost about 10 pounds. But in all I lost 45. I still have about 50 to 60 to go!

    Lol yeah.... And in my before I really really didn't want to take a picture. But I'm glad I did!!! It has helped me. I feel so much better and happier!

    Well, it's actually a cheap bathing suit cover I got from Walmart!! I was wearing my workout tank and shorts under it

    I would say make sure the bulk of your diet is plants!!! Every time I eat I make sure it's mainly fruits and veggies. And eat when you are hungry! Plus, go to the gym regularly and make sure you are moving! And I drink nothing but water. If I want something other than water I make a fresh green juice at home.
