Gained a little bit of water weight over the past couple of days due to my IBS which is a bit disheartening but I'll keep pushing!! On the 26th I was 189.8 which was very exciting! Drinking 2-3 litres of water a day so I'm very well hydrated! I'm hoping to get rid of the water weight by next weigh in!

Everyone is doing so well. Right now I'm relieved that I stayed the same. I ate things I normally wouldn't eat on Saturday and Sunday. I can blame it on Memorial Day and there being other things around, but I always have other things around that are junkie that my family eats that I have to stay away from so it ultimately comes down to my choice. I've been back on track again today and that is an accomplishment for me. When I go off my healthy eating then I tend to get down on myself and have a hard time getting refocused. Hello @nikkit321...you are doing great just checking in here and being accountable! Try not weighing yourself every day and once you see a total of 2 lbs down, you will really be motivated! You ar still down from your start, so way to go!3
