Memorial day summer weightloss kick-off

For all those that are posting that they aren't sure how this works...I'm not the OP, but I'm assuming you just join in by posting to this link (so no special invite needed other than you noticed this thread and you have the desire to be accountable). Goal is to post your stats once a week (Monday, or day of your choosing - I personally am a Friday poster) from today until around the end of the Summer (as designated by the US holiday of Labor Day, first Monday in Sept). It's an honor system accountability thread with other like minded people. Supportive words of others' accomplishments and uplifting words during challenges is optional but encouraged. OP correct me if I'm wrong, thanks!!
Happy Memorial Day to those in the US!
All gave some; some gave all. Remember those that paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms today!6 -

For me not snacking after 8 pm is a key thing as I can plowing in double The calories that I've eaten during the whole day the second thing I find I have to do is exercise every day I might take Sundays off those two things are key and then log my calories if I don't go over I'm going to probably lose Good luck on this everyone.1 -

Hi every one!. I am really looking forward to this challenge! At my heaviest I was 182.6 lbs. I find that so hard to believe. I have about 18.6 to 23.6 lbs to lose now. Even though it doesnt always feel like it but being 18 to 23 lbs away from my goal weight is vary much closer then being 52 to 57 pounds away from my goal. I lost a lot of my weight eating Gods foods!
Hope you all have a great memorial day!

I am SO in. I need all the accountability I can get! I was doing so well for a while and then due to weird medical issues I had to stop exercising for a while. Of course once that was off the table I quickly lost track of my eating as well. Getting back on the right path has been SO difficult. I do well for a few days and then off I go, not just falling off the wagon, but rolling around underneath it with a Twinkie. I need to get back into my routine and having to be accountable to others will be such a help for me.

Hey everyone! Today is the big day, and we are kicking off our weight loss challenge. After discussing it with some other participants it seems the best way to go about doing this was to create a group. this allows for more flexibility in posting and such.1
