Very interesting breakfast! Carb-tastic and no doubt keep you going. Do you have it warm?

Heathly days - overnight oats (with chocolate protein powder and soya milk).

What I'd really like though is, toast made in the grill, with beans and mature chedder cheese on top.

Although I'd comprise that for meat feast pizza ;)

    Hmmmm
Quite interesting, nonetheless. I toast some oatmeal which I mix with my porridge oats. I like roasted sweet potatoes - I wonder what it would taste like if you added a little roasted sweet potato to your breakfast?

Ah, toast the walnuts first, makes the flavour more intense. Better with toasted hazelnuts though

2 eggs, 2 tbsp low sodium diced ham, 2 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese, mixed and microwaved for 1:25. Best scrambled eggs I've ever had. 230 calories.

Italian sausage, black beans, Greek yogurt, carrots, almonds all spread out. Sometimes eggs, cheese, rice, and bacon (weekends).

The heart attack on a plate: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, biscuits n sausage gravy, the works!

Of course usually I just have some fiber cereal and fruit.
