30 DAY SHRED!

I did take some Aleve, maybe I'll see how I am by this evening and try to do it this evening, if not tomorrow no matter if I'm still sore. I guess I could try every other day until I'm less sore, then up it to every day...?
If your just sore but can still do the workout, I would say to try to do it daily. If you can't walk then I would wait a day or so. I have been working out for a while now 5 to 6 days a week and this morning after doing the shred I feel a little achy!! I fully expect to feel sore in the morning! Hope this helps.0 -

How do you guys plan on shceduling rest days? I start tonight and think I will do 10 days of level 1 rest day, 10 days of level 2, rest day, 10 days of level 3, rest day. Thoughts, suggestions?0

Yesterday I did not get a chance to comment on here, but I did do Day 3 Level 1. I am fixing to do Day 4 Level 1 now. I am worried that I may have to miss tomorrow, we are leaving very early in the morning for a day trip but hopefully I will get it done! Everyone have a great weekend and Holiday!0

I plan on doing it 30 days straight with no rest days. Thats what I did the first round. The Holiday is what I have concerns with.0 -
I don't plan any rest days either. I didn't have time on Monday to do it, but I've done it every other day and just completed Day 8 of workout 1...keep it up everyone!0

As I was concerned with, I missed shredding Sunday and Monday:sad: However I did do Day 5 Level 1 on Tuesday and completed Day 6 Level 1 today. Is anyone still doing this challenge??0
-
I am. I just finished Day 9. I don't schedule rest days because life will do those for you. For example, I missed a four day stretch when I had out of town houseguests and then got sick. So every day I can do the Shred (and other exercises) I do it, because I know there will come days when *kitten* happens and I just don't have time.
Still on Level 1, but seeing progress - less pauses, less sore, deeper lunges, etc. Maybe try Level 2 in a week or so. How about you ladies?0 -
I finished Day 10 today!0
-
thanks for your note. I just did the first day of level 1 and I now know my first goal is to get past day 4.0

You can do it JM! I thought I couldn't go past day 1, then day 2 (see the thread above). But I did it and now am not really that sore anymore from the shred. Just keep doing it, even if you have to take breaks. You could even try not using any weights the first few days, just move your hands and your own resistance.
Great job everyone. I think I may try Level 2 tomorrow. Pray for me.0
