I'm new to this app, but already dieted two weeks

I've been counting my calories for two weeks now, lost 2.2 kg, and now I switched to this app which seems very convenient to use.
I'm looking for friends for reciprocal motivation. I have 4 kg more to lose, can't give up now!

    what exercise do you do? and what is your main diet plan?

    I'm mostly doing cardio 2 times a week, trying to burn at least 800 kcal at once on the treadmill (i read 700 something is equivalent to 100g of fat).
    I'm having on average 2500 kcal a day (for my size, 6'2", i think it's a good choice, it also helped me lose 2kg so far).
    I have a scale and everything, I'm very rigorous in general so I'm pretty sure my counting is good enough.
    I heard the last few kilos are going away so slowly so that's a but frustrating but I'm going for it.
