    I eat an apple with Justin's maple almond butter every day at work. I work swing shift for me it is more like lunch.

    I take things like string cheese, cashews or pistachios, apple or banana, or protein bar.

    Some of the things I use for snacks:

    Small piece of fruit
    Ak-Mak crackers and a hunk of cheese, or a couple Tb of hummus
    Olives
    Half an avocado (keep airtight so it doesn't turn brown)
    Cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, celery sticks
    Nuts: almonds, pistachios in the shell, or Planters Mixed Deluxe
    Protein bar once in a while

    All of these things keep without refrigeration, so I just throw a couple of them in my backpack if I'm not taking my lunch. Else, they go in my lunchbag. I also keep some packs of Quaker Weight Loss oatmeal in my desk if I'm looking for something different
