Quite interesting, nonetheless. I toast some oatmeal which I mix with my porridge oats. I like roasted sweet potatoes - I wonder what it would taste like if you added a little roasted sweet potato to your breakfast?

Ah, toast the walnuts first, makes the flavour more intense. Better with toasted hazelnuts though1

2 eggs, 2 tbsp low sodium diced ham, 2 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese, mixed and microwaved for 1:25. Best scrambled eggs I've ever had. 230 calories.0

Today was a scoop of chocolate protein powder in a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with a "lite" English muffin, topped with protein-powder fortified neufchatel cheese.
