    2 eggs, 2 tbsp low sodium diced ham, 2 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese, mixed and microwaved for 1:25. Best scrambled eggs I've ever had. 230 calories.

    Today was a scoop of chocolate protein powder in a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with a "lite" English muffin, topped with protein-powder fortified neufchatel cheese.
