How much fish you can eat

I found a really cool site where I can see how much of a certain type of fish (or other seafood) that I can eat in a week. I was always concerned about the mercury in fish, because I eat wild Pacific salmon pretty frequently. But this put me at ease:

    Four or more fish meals/week will help you lose weight much better. The body metabolizes fish better than red meats. :)

    I dont eat red meat but I do love fish, I eat it about 4-5 times a week,

    I eat quite a bit, but keep it low on the food chain to minimize the mercury (sardines and salmon mostly).
