Started at 250plus pounds now currently 208......42 pounds down 72 more to go. I know Can do this and I'm going to DO IT! Feeling so much better already, I'm doing things I never thought I could....

Before and after. I don't have a lot of pictures of me when I weighed 160lbs as I hated the way I looked and deleted all of the pictures when I began losing weight. May have to raid my Mom's cupboards for old pictures. Second picture is the current me (as of last weekend) weighing 122lbs.

Pics taken in February and recently, lost about 21 pounds between then two and lost the dark hair !
