Smartwater

Does anyone else experience fluid retention from drinking smartwater?
I drank one bottle last night and I had to take off my ring within an hour...I woke up still swollen in my hands, feet, and face. Only happens with smartwater...

    Kindve sounds like you're allergic to something in it. If I don't workout I do hold a lot of water. Sweat starts pouring out on my next workout day.

    Not sure why i retain fluid, but it's worse when i drink smartwater. I usually drink a cup of hot lemon water(or two) at end of day. It's completely gone the next day

    Maybe make your own smart water work different fruits and herbs :):)

    I do...my favorite is Lemon cucumber mint ginger, or peach raspberry mint ginger.
