NSV-p90x and 2 mile run

Ten days ago I completed p90x and started a second round last Thursday. Wife and I decided to do p90x lift days, and replacing the ploymetrics, yoga, kenpo, and stretch days with going to the bike trail as a family weather permitting. I am following the couch to 5k program, but with p90x started on week 4 of the running program. Here is my last week

Day 1: Chest and Back
Day 2: Run and walk 4 miles
Day 3:Shoulders and Arms
Day 4: Run and Walk 2 miles, rollerblade 2 miles
Day 5: Legs and Back
Day 6: Run and walk 2 miles
Day 7 Completed 2 mile run in 18 minutes (no walking), rollerblade 2.3 miles

I am very pleased on my 4th run to complete 2 miles in 18 minutes. considering no other running in 15 years.

    Congrats, you are doing great!!! I am finishing up my last week of P90X and this whole last month I replaced the cardio days with running too.
