Hi guys, just wondered if people could give me some easy meal ideas that are good for losing weight or just foods in general that are good

All foods are good. The only thing you need to do to lose weight is set up myfitnespal to get your daily calorie amount and eat up to that amount every day. Use a food scale to weigh all foods and choose accurate database entries that reflect the food packaging. When adding exercise, eat back only 1/3-1/2 of those calories back.5

There are no foods that will make you lose fat in and of themselves. Fat loss is all about the overall context of your diet. Eat at a slight calorie deficit and do high intensity workouts. Just give it time and focus. You'll get there.
As a general thing though, have the base of your diet be from whole foods with 1 ingredient. Be sure to hit your appropriate calorie and macro goals while getting in the micronutrients and fiber from fruits and veggies. From there, you can work in some treat foods as long as they are within your calorie goal0 -
Any food as long as your calories in are less than calories out. If you're having a hard time with that try to stick to lots of meats and load up on the veggies they have little calories and make you full fast. Yogurt is good and helps with digestion and salads can help with keeping you full if you put chicken in them! Just keep up the protein and fiber it helps0
