Hey All,
I normally weigh my food before cooking but sometimes its unavoidable therefore if I weigh after cooking, is this OK too?

Weigh your food before it's cooked. The nutritional values on labels are for unprepared portions unless stated otherwise.0

It doesnt matter - just make sure that you pick the correct and corresponding value from the MFP data base.1

Just out of curiosity, has anyone found a database entry for cooked extra lean Jennie-O ground turkey? The 99% fat free? I can't locate an entry so I've been using what is on the package which I assume is the raw weight, but I weigh it after cooking since I make the entire pack at a time.0
