    I started Friday, May 27, 2016, so I'm in!

    Here are my starting stats:
    neck - 14.50
    wrist - 6.25
    chest - 37.50
    arms - 13.00
    waist - 34.75
    hips - 43.50
    thighs - 25.50

    Starting weight is now 200lbs. This is what I weighed this morning (but TOM is here). I was 189 lbs before I started my TOM. Go figure :neutral: I am keeping myself positive cuz I know I didn't gain 11 pounds of fat. My caloric intake is around 1,300/day.

    My diet/exercise plan:
    -avoid refined sugar and instead eat slow carbs....I can't completely avoid carbs because I am hypoglycemic. I love Nature's Own Double Fiber whole wheat bread. It's 11g of carbs, 4g of fiber, and <1g of sugar per slice.
    -add in more lean meats
    -getting raw veggies/fruit daily
    -plenty water
    -30 day shred DAILY - no days off
    -walk/job 6 miles per week

    It'll be over with before you know it! I'm on Day 5 and already starting to feel bored. But I'm pushing through! Can't wait to get to level 2.

    I love to join as this will complement by walking exercise.

    I remember this time last year I was able to complete levels 1, 2 and 3 in one session. Now I am struggling with level 1.

    Yes, its boring after week 1, but I plan on tuning her out. Its really increases one's stamina, especially when it comes to doing C25K.

    I did the 30DS last year and started my second round yesterday. The arm exercises are just as painful as I remembered, but other than that I am ready to go and feel great!

    I'm a day late but would love to join! I had a baby 7 weeks ago. I don't gain any weight while pregnant but have definitely gained since giving birth.

    I am toying with a raw vegan diet (or perhaps raw til 4). Cutting refined sugar. Water or fresh juice only.
