Semi new to MFP message boards.. seeing these challenges and think this would be a good way to get my butt in gear! What should I do and who wants to join??!

Make it as simple as that if you want.. 10 lbs in July.. That's about 2 lbs a week... which is totally doable and safe. I'm in! Let me know what you come up with!0

what do you have in mind ??? a challenge would be a good way to hold your self accountable. It would be great motivation which is what I need0
