Everything I find regarding high potassium foods includes raisins but when I record it in my Daily Diary it says 0 potassium, why?

Depends on the selection you choose. Different brands won't list potassium levels. Which sucks but is likely because they're trying to save space on the nutrition label.0

^^This.
According to the USDA nutrient database, 100 grams of raisins have about 750 to 825 mg of potassium, depending on whether they are seeded or not.
There are MFP entries based on the USDA database. Search for "raisins, seedless" or "raisins, seeded" or "raisins, golden seedless". Check the drop down menu for serving sizes -- they should have both volume (cup) and weight (gram) options available (that's pretty much a dead giveaway that it was entered by MFP staff from the USDA database, because users can't create entries with both volume and weight serving sizes). Then just to be extra sure, you can click on nutrition information to see if it lists potassium.0 -
The FDA doesn't require that potassium be listed on labels so most companies don't list it.0

If I ate some raisins and it didn't give the potassium, I'd be raisin' Cain.0
