I would like to lost 10 more pounds, but seems nothing change of my weight . >,<

            It's hard to tell without knowing what height you are and your current weight.
 Looking at your diary, you are consistently under your calories, so it may be that you aren't eating enough.
 I'd suggest use the search function here on MFP and look for posts about "plateaus".0
- 
            Try eating atleast around 1200 cals. MAybe having less then that is hurting you.0

            So, according to the BMI calculator you are at 22.8 which is in the healthy weight range.
 Put your details into the MFP goals page and it will give you a calorie recommendation. You don't want to be aiming to lose too much too fast - start with 1/2 pound per week and see how this works for you, you can always change the number up or down after a month or so if your aren't losing weight.
 You may also be better to focus on exercise at this point to help you tone up and look leaner.
 In terms of food, some healthy options would be: fruit and veggies, lean meat, fish, brown rice, whole grain bread/pasta/noodles, yoghurt, nuts and seeds, that kind of stuff. Limit soft drinks/soda and fast food which tend to be full of sugar and salt and not much actual nutrition.0
