i'm a teacher so i'm on my feet most of the day (try teaching a classroom full of 4th graders sitting down- it doesn't work). then i come home to be a mom for a few hours, so also on my feet then as well.0

Desk job, but I do print to the furthest printer that I can. I am also one to go to someone's office and ask a question instead of calling. At lease it gets me up and moving. I usually have around 5,000 steps before the end of the work day and then I hit the gym, then I come home and walk the dog. If it's not too hot or too cold, I will go walk at lunch.0

Mostly deskjob - I walk to and from work 4 days a week (5th is working from home), which takes 50 min each way. Most of my walking at work is to and from meetings and the printers and I can get irrationally happy if with workign to work and within the building I already hit 10K steps.
I alos love going for long (some very long) walks/hiking
I start every weekday morning with a 20 minute workout (yoga and weights), plus I cycle often, then 20-40 km and go to the gym at least once a week and I just discovered you tube workouts.

Caregiver. Sometimes it's very sedentary other times it's extremely active. I've been spending at least 5-6 days a week at the gym for a couple hours. I worked up from 30 minutes walking on treadmill to 45 then now on 60-65 minutes completely 5Ks. Slow but I'm improving slowly but surely.0

I'm a teacher, so I'm on my feet quite often. Now that it's summer, I like to lounge around and soak up the sun.0

I have an administrative desk job, and am a grad student to boot. Some days I am at my computer for 16 hours and in class sitting for 3 so I am 'sedentary'. I do pushups and squats in my office a few times a day when I get restless and always take a 30min walk at lunch, rain or shine. I also do Youtube yoga on my phone in random places when I have time to kill.0

Unfortunately a Desk job. 10 hours a day 4 days a week. I walk on my 2 15 minute breaks and then again for about 30 minutes on my hour lunch. We have yoga balls here that we can sit on vs a chair so sometimes ill balance on one for about 30min-1hour. I try to get at least 8k steps a day and workout about 3x a week doing cardio.0

I'm an ER nurse, I am on my feet a lot for 50 hours a week. Recently, I've started running a few miles after shifts (I'm exhausted but it's a huge stress relief). I run or do a cardio/strength class on my days off. Try to life twice a week too. And I'm a mother to three elementary aged children. I'm never bored, in other words!0

I am a Emergancy Room Nurse at a very busy hospital. Therefore I am on my feet and moving almost the entire 8 or 12 hour shift that I work. The computers are on carts with wheels so we don't even get to sit to chart anymore. I don't mind as I am very active even when I'm not at work so work is just a bonus workout for me, and I get to eat more during the day, lol. I usually workout after work since one of the gyms that I go to is on my way home. If I'm doing a HIIT workout, I usually fit that in before going to bed and getting the kids things ready for the next day of school.1

I am a project accountant with a desk job ... little to no movement during the day except on lunch break.
Thinking about getting a fitness ball to sit on, just to have some sort of exercise boost during the day.0 -
I'm a 5th grade teacher Summer break can't get here soon enough for me so I can get more workouts in!0

Graphic Designer by profession; so sedentary desk job. I get my workouts in EARLY in the morning.

I'm a project manager, so a mundane desk job 4 days a week.. I workout before work at the gym if I can, but run around the office grounds / lake at lunchtime to get out and keep active. Parkrun on a saturday and a swim on a sunday..0

I work in insurance sales (I'm the in office guy that turns the hamster wheel while the guys who sell are out golfing and entertaining brokers). Sedentary job, although I work out mornings before I get here. We also have a full gym facility here which is nice for double sessions or if I feel lazy and can't get out of bed in the morning and need to workout mid day.0

I have a desk job, I make sure to workout before work, and walk around as much as I can while there. I also got a foot pedal for under the desk to keep me "active"0

I work desk job half the time, self-employed the other half so my work "activity" varies pretty wildly. On the desk job days, just try to move as much as I can, park far away from the office, get out and walk during my lunch, that kind of thing. Then my Lab/Retriever always reminds me when I get home that she didn't get her morning walk because I was working so she definitely helps me get my butt moving (and honestly, after sitting so much, I'm usually dying to get moving anyway). Days that I am working for myself are a bit harder because I'm never exactly sure what I'm going to need to do that day but I tend to be on my feet quite a bit, plus I also lift/play tennis a few times a week.0

Office job during the day, then I teach music for a few hours on an evening. I try to stretch my legs as often as I can, but I am still sat down for waaaay too long each day.
I workout on a morning before work.0
