I'm Phil 50 years old this year need to tone up and get fit. What's the best way to firm up stomach muscles

Well, to firm up the muscles, you would do various things like planks and sit-ups. If you have the means/skill, doing various workouts that make you brace the midsection (overhead squats, deadlifts) would be a good way also.0
