    Add me! SW 189, CW 186, GW 135. I've been tracking for a month or so, but I seem to keep losing and gaining the same few pounds... Too much inconsistency in my eating and too many cheat days. I'm also on week 6 of C25K. I have kept up with that no matter what my eating has been like, it's not showing on the scale, but I'm definitely stronger. Who'd have thunk 5 weeks ago that I would be able to (very slowly) jog 20 mins without a break?!

    I've lost a lot of weight with protein diets and a whole bunch of other highly restrictive diets in the past 8 years, and always gained it all back. It's now time for me to commit to having a healthy sustainable lifestyle so I joined MFP and recently began C25k. I'm excited!!!

    I need help too. I need to lose at least 60lbs - currently 186lbs.

    My new attempt is meal replacement shake Huel for breakfast and lunch (313 calories each). Need ideas for a healthy 500 calorie (ish) dinner.

    Also, light exercise ideas please that don't involve paying for anything.
