need advice!!!

I am a 30 year old mother of four. I have been trying for years to put on weight with no success. I am 5'6 and weigh 110lbs. Anyone have any tips on what to eat to help put the weight on? I don't get hungry much so I am looking for snack foods that will really count!

Thank you both! Gaining weight has been a very real struggle for me for years. After having my kids my weight just dropped off and I can not seem to get back to wear I was prior to the pregnancies!! It's just very frustrating!0
