Hello Fitness Pals.
I feel like I have pretty good motivation to exercise, but fall down when it comes to snacking.... Mostly healthy food, but portion control is my biggest issue, especially after a glass of wine in the evening. I start the day well - off the gym, track my breakfast, then lunch.... but by the time I get home tired after work, motivation to carefully track my portions is out the window. Anyone else like this?

I can be similar to you, too much rubbish food in the house I find. For me I find that if you have healthy snacks in the pantry or fridge it does help0
