How many grams of fat, protein and carbs should I be eating??

I'm a 22 year old female that's 165cm tall and 141 pounds. I'd really like to lose weight and tone. I am running 3 -5 days a week moderately and doing Pilates.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
