So, not sure how I managed to lose over 4 lbs this week... My June 1 weigh in was from the last time I weighed myself (a week ago today). I had gained .8 lbs over two weeks due to stress and not staying under my calorie goal, but I'm thinking it could have been shark week water weight. Whatever the case may be, I'm not complaining!2 -
