A few years back I was working out every day and focusing on improving myself. Now I am working two jobs and going to school. I'm stressing out and eating junk. Ive been gaining weight and I don't feel good anymore. It's time for a change and I could use some motivation!

Welcome back! Everytime I get off track due to stress, once I'm back on I kick myself for not dealing with the stress with a sweaty workout. I find myself much less stressed afterwards. Small goals, small changes and you'll get back to where you left off! The important thing is that you're back!0
