I just did my first yoga class since my c-section. I feel so relaxed and stretched out. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I could do. :D

Just needed to tell someone!

Hi, I've just started back running very slowly (C25k programme) after my C section 19 weeks ago. I would love to get into Yoga but don't have time to go to s class. Where do you all do yoga? Any recommendations for a good DVD or blog to follow? Thanks!!

I often use www.doyogawithme.com . Almost all the videos are free and you can specify what level, length of video, and style of yoga that you prefer. Also, my mom used to go to Ross or Marshals or someplace similar and look for DVDs of yoga and Pilates. Sometimes you can find them for cheap (although it's hit or miss and some she didn't like).
