I'm just curious. When one is actually 'on plan' and everything is going well and some components of the plan are actually quite pleasantly tasty, is that a "treat"?

Normally I'd say something deliciously chocolate-y, gooey and tasty -- but today -- the treat was actually fruit.

Like A LOT of fruit -- 100's of grams (peaches, mangoes, grapes, chewy dehydrated banana pieces -- Barnana brand is AMAZING!)

I have a Ghirardelli 72% dark chocolate square nightly, only 60 calories. Or a dark chocolate Hershey kiss.

    Bacon Pop Tarts <3

Listen to your heart, not just reviews

I liked what I made for dinners today a lot. I mixed chicken hearts and livers. Hearts are the tastiest offal I've tried.

That looks like *kitten* with undigested marshmallows

It actually tasted really good - I just made them for my brother. It's a double chocolate (dark and white) with macadamia nuts.
Thanks for hurting my feelings :'(
